...I haven't drawn traditional art for a while... lucky i have sometime to draw it... ...just a quick sketch... Silver and Blaze.

Wow, I really like this piece. You've done well for putting those special effects in even though it's traditionally oriented (I know how hard it is to do those sorts of things with colouring pencils from experience). There's very slight shading I notice, but you seem to pull it off well as a sort of comic character look, and it really serves to block in the picture to not make it too flat or bland. I especially adore the white shading (which is very difficult to do) being a sort of turqoise colour, as if Silver is shining off her.
There's not many pictures of Blaze smiling, as she's quite a melancholy character to begin with, but you've given her a very optimistic personality that doesn't look out of place. Silver looks as cocky as ever, almost innocent I could say. Very different and a nice change from the consistent war deviations that are popping up all over the place. The poses are perfect, mirroring their personality effectively -- Blaze the quiet type, Silver the outspoken. I see nothing wrong with the propoertion at all, and I especially adore the hand poses. Blaze's are very feminine, whereas Silver's are muscled and large, something many Sonic artists miss when varying male to female.
Altogether a very beautiful piece, showing a very innocent side to this battle-hardened duo; they work well together right now, the most I've seen them in fanart yet. The background is well-shaed and frames that bright colourful personality both of them have. Well done, for a quick sketch this was pulled off exceptionally brilliantly.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
